Complaints Procedures
It is always the intention of CBG Group plc to provide a first class service. However, should you have any cause for complaint, you should in the first instance contact our Compliance Manager. Your complaint will be acknowledged promptly in writing and no later than within 5 business days, and will identify the individual responsible for dealing with your complaint and indicate the timescales in which you can expect a final response.
An officer of sufficient seniority who is independent of its subject matter will review all complaints. If following our subsequent investigation and response you are still not satisfied you may contact the Financial Ombudsman Service. Full details are contained within our internal complaints procedure, which will be provided upon receipt of a complaint or upon request.
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations however, this would depend on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
